Short answers to the questions we hear most about accounts, plans, devices and codes.

How do I redeem an activation code?

Open the app, go to Account → Redeem, paste the code and confirm. Your plan upgrades immediately — no restart needed. You can also skip codes and buy Pro directly with Alipay; see "How do I pay?" below.

Which platforms are supported?

Windows, macOS, Android and iOS. One account works across all of them, and your plan and settings follow you between devices.

What are the free plan limits?

The free plan gives you 10 minutes and 500 MB a day (shared across all your devices, reset daily at 00:00 UTC), on one device, with access to every server and no ads. Encryption and our no-logs promise are the same on every plan, free or paid. New accounts aren't limited during their 7-day Pro trial. See Free plan limits.

How many devices can I use?

Pro covers up to 3 devices per account, and the free plan 1 (only devices used in the last 30 days count). Sign in with the same email on each device to keep everything in sync. If you go over, remove a device you don't use under Settings → My devices — see Device limit.

I forgot my password — what now?

Tap Forgot password? under the password field on the sign-in screen, enter your account email, get a verification code and set a new password. See Accounts, sign-in and security.

How do I pay?

Paid plans are sold by Yanmei AI LLC. You can buy in the app under Account → Purchase or in the web User Center. We currently accept the following payment method:

• Alipay: charged in RMB at the exchange rate when you order; Pro activates automatically once you've paid.

You can also redeem an activation code under Redeem in the app. Credit / debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay aren't available yet — we'll announce them when they are. See Buying Pro.

Can I cancel or get a refund?

You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the period you paid for. First purchases are fully refundable within 7 days. See the Refund policy for details.
