About us

Pangolin is a network acceleration and privacy app for Windows, macOS, Android and iOS. It is developed and operated by Yanmei AI LLC.

Who we are

Yanmei AI LLC is a limited liability company organized in the State of Wyoming, USA. We are a small, independent software team that designs, builds and runs every part of Pangolin ourselves — the apps, the account system and the server network.

What we offer

• Free plan: a daily allowance on one device, with every server and no ads.
• Pro plan: a one-time prepaid purchase of 1 month or 1 year that unlocks unlimited use on up to 3 devices. Pro never renews automatically.

Pangolin is a digital service: there are no physical goods, and Pro is activated on your account immediately after payment.

Our principles

• We do not log the websites you visit or the content of your traffic — see our Privacy policy.
• Clear pricing, no automatic charges, and a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first purchase — see our Refund policy.
• Real people answer support — see Customer support.
